Refund and Return Policy

Last updated: September 17, 2024

At Adult Toys Nepal, we prioritize hygiene and customer satisfaction. However, due to the sensitive nature of our products, we have strict guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Products can only be returned if the original seal is intact and unopened. Once the seal is broken, the product will be considered used and is no longer eligible for return or refund.

Refund Process:

• If you wish to return a sealed and unopened product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Once we receive and inspect the product to ensure it has not been used, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued after deducting any applicable import charges, which will be communicated to you beforehand.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Any product that has been used, or where the seal has been broken, is strictly non-refundable due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Important Notes:

• All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged during shipping.

Thank you for understanding, as these policies help us maintain the highest standards of health and safety for all our customers. For any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
